This is an in-depth leadership development program covering all foundational elements of leadership spanning across 13 sessions. This can be completed in a quarter (13 consecutive weeks) or at a more leisurely pace through one full year at the rate of one weekend per month.
This weekend program covering 1 topic per week involves class room teaching, workshops and weekly practice in real-life situations for each topic. You learn in one day and practice it through the week.
Training workbook will be given for each topic along with assessments.
One needs to commit for all the sessions and complete assessments every week.
The total course fee is Rs. 60,000 per person for a batch size of minimum 15 and maximum 20. The fees includes course material and manual.
The venue, AV system, DVD player, projector and screen, flip charts with easel, refreshments, etc. is not included in the course fee.
